Jordan Melo M5 Olympic Colorway

Jordan Melo M5 Olympic Colorway

Release Date: December 27th, 2009
Colorway: White / Red – Mid Navy
Price: $125 (unconfirmed)

Ever since I first saw this sneaker in the second half of the 2008 Olympic gold medal game (Carmelo wore the M4 to start), I’ve wanted a pair for myself.  With a pattern of interlocking “CA” logos adorning the upper, a stitched Jumpman and an “8/8/08″ panel inside the tongue, the Melo M5 Olympic looks as good on the court as Team USA itself.  Throw in one of the dopest midsoles seen on a sneaker in recent years, and you have a colorway that truly does the Jordan Melo M5 justice.

Unfortunately for most of you, this sneaker is a Foot Locker House of Hoops release, which means it’ll only be on sale in Los Angeles, Harlem and Chicago.  I’ll be putting in a call to my associates Uptown to see if I can get my hands on a pair, but with such limited supplies it’s a long shot.  If you happen to live near one of the HoH locations, let us know if you plan to camp out to buy a pair.

If you can’t get near one of the three House of Hoops to buy your Jordan Melo M5 Olympic, you may want to take a look at one of the other colorways.  Both of the models below are available in almost every size, so just click on the images below for more information.
